At David Gell Consultancy we believe that investment in people is
crucial to the overall success of an organisation and that the learning
and development of employees and users of services is an integral
component in achieving that success.
David Gell Consultancy has a strong West Midlands base and provides
consultancy and training nationally to a diverse and extensive client
group. This includes social care, primary care trusts, hospital trusts,
police, housing and the private and voluntary sector.
Our primary focus recently has been on safeguarding adults,
dementia, mental capacity, Deprivation
of Liberty Safeguards, change management and Personalisation
(Individualised Budgets).
